Haweya Band, established in 2007 alongside the Arts and Heritage Center, encompasses the Center’s diverse artistic groups: a music and singing ensemble, a theater troupe, a contemporary dance (breakdance) team, and a traditional Dabke troupe. Identity Band aims to preserve and develop Palestinian cultural heritage, presenting it in contemporary ways and fostering cultural exchange through international collaborations and festival participation (with over 40 international appearances for the Dabke troupe alone, verifiable online).

The Dabke troupe has two sections: a professionally trained core group (officially registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Culture) and a developing youth group. The contemporary dance team, a pioneering Palestinian breakdance group originating from Dar Al Funun, has collaborated with international troupes and represented Palestine at the world championship in Copenhagen. A newly formed theater troupe (Al Masrouh) is currently in training, with anticipated productions in 2025. Finally, a registered scout troop of 96 young members focuses on percussion and receives specialized training.
